Monocon Long Service Awards

Today, the phrase "Our people are our greatest asset" is thrown around by many companies. However a true measure of this statement is the number of long service awards presented by the company.

Monocon are exceptionally proud of its long serving employees, of which we have many.

Periodically we like to formally recognise these employees and the contribution they have made to our business. They have worked with us through challenging and prosperous times for many decades and we cannot thank them all enough for their valued efforts.
